  • Part of my equipment is damaged. What now?

    If your product breaks during the guarantee period due to a manufacturing fault, you have rights under the guarantee. A manufacturing fault means that your product develops a fault earlier than expected under normal usage conditions, even though you used it normally, e.g. an internal fault in the control.

    If you have caused the fault, this is known as customer misuse. This is not covered by the manufacturer’s guarantee. We will be glad to help you with your repair, but you will have to pay. We can give you an indication of the cost beforehand. We examine your product first, send you an estimate and wait for your approval before starting on the repair.
