"Together, you make it work!" – Popke van Mourik (VM Deur en Montage)
First-hour customer VM Deur en Montage looks back on 25 years of shared growth and an ironclad partnership with RDA. The story of VM Deur en Montage begins in 2000 from the installation company PONS V.O.F. Where the focus at the time was on installation for third parties, today the company supplies and installs its own complete products, with service now accounting for 50% of the work.
Popke van Mourik, director at VM Deur en Montage: “The foundation for the relationship with RDA was laid back then during work for Kone. The installation team needed technical support and found it in Jan Ribbers (father of Corné, ed.). What started with support on the shop floor quickly led to the first deliveries of industrial and residential motors. The excellent accessibility, in-depth knowledge, and pleasant contact were the decisive factors in choosing fully for RDA.”
RDA has grown significantly over the years. Popke: “Thanks to tight management of direction and production, you as a customer are still helped politely and on time. The trinity of quality, support, and the fast, problem-solving technical service helps VM make their own customers happy.” When we ask Popke to describe RDA in three words, he says: “Reliable, Knowledgeable, and Innovative.”
The collaboration led to great projects, such as the Amphion Theater in Doetinchem and the DeLaMar Theater in Amsterdam, where customer-specific drives and controls were required. In addition, the relationship proves itself in large volumes of 100 to 150 GDO Garage door openers.

In the picturesque Brabant town of Udenhout, where you wouldn't expect to find a major player in access technology, you will find the innovative RDA. Here, people work with a heart for technology and for each other. One of them is René van Hoof (55), who has been part of the close-knit team with visible pleasure since April 2024.
“Broad collaboration with customers” – meet Rob de Jongh
Since early 2026, Rob de Jongh has been active at RDA as Sales Manager and a member of the management team (MT). He lives in Udenhout with his partner and two sons aged 4 and 7, a short distance from RDA — a practical coincidence that fits well with his hands-on way of working.
