The Net Power 1000 is a UPS with a wide range of applications. It's a line-interactive UPS that delivers a non-sinusoidal output voltage during battery operation, while the output voltage is sinusoidal when mains power is present, as the mains voltage is filtered through to the UPS output. A built-in transformer stabilizes the mains voltage within certain limits.
